MailHop uses the latest content management systems to scan your email, detect and filter out any unwanted file attachments based on policies that you control through an on-line administration interface. Our simple to use administration console allows IT personnel to devise and apply policies that ensure that email attachments sent or received are appropriate to your organization’s business needs. Rather than just blocking unwanted file types, MailHop will work with your business requirements down to (if required) an individual user level and allow file types that are important to your business such as Microsoft Word documents or PowerPoint presentations. Any unnecessary files such as video files or large image attachments are placed in a quarantine area for review and if they are deemed necessary they can be easily released individually or in bulk to the appropriate recipient.
